Sunbutter and Jelly Oatmeal (Gluten Free!)

If you like a good old classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich, then you are going to LOVE my Sunbutter and jelly oatmeal!!!

This recipe is a little different from most of my other recipes, as there are no real measurements involved.  You can totally eyeball everything and customize your perfect nut or seed butter to jelly ratio!  (Because let’s face it.  People tend to have some pretty strong opinions about their PB & J ratios, am I right?!)

This recipe is also SUPER easy to change if you’d like to make substitutions!  You can use any kind of nut or seed butter that you like, any flavor jelly that you like, you can cook your oatmeal in water, milk, or a milk substitute, and you can even use gluten free oats!… Read More »
